阿真係一個長期用 Midjourney 嘅 AI 繪圖愛好者，V8 Alpha 版本推出之後佢即刻測試，仲同 Banana 2 做咗一場多風格對比。呢篇文章主要介紹 V8 嘅新功能，包括速度、提示詞跟進、文字生成同網頁端升級，同時用 40 組 80 張圖比對兩個模型嘅差別。整體結論係：V8 喺生成速度同主流風格審美上仍然有優勢，但提示詞細緻跟進同複雜場景表現唔及 Banana 2，而且仲有 Alpha 版嘅人臉趨同同細節唔完整問題。
V8 嘅更新重點包括：生成速度快 4~5 倍、提示詞跟進明顯改善、原生 2K 輸出（--hd 參數）、文字生成專門調優、V7 資產可以繼承，同埋網頁端體驗升級。不過目前冇 Relax 模式，高質量模式（--hd、--q 4）會慢 4 倍同貴 4 倍，而且只喺 Alpha 網站用到。另外，V8 喺人臉相似度上比前代更高，部份非主流風格嘅細節處理一般。
對比測試涵蓋人像、時尚、電影感、動漫、3D、潮玩、毛氈、特殊藝術風格同超現實場景。結果顯示，Banana 2 喺提示詞細節跟進上有明顯優勢，尤其係複雜提示詞同中文效果；而 V8 喺主流風格嘅美學同氛圍營造仍然保持水準。用戶可以按需求選擇：快速打樣同主流風格用 V8，精準控制同複雜場景用 Banana 2。

阿真話佢等到頸都長，V8 Alpha 終於出咗。呢個版本喺好多方面都有明顯提升，尤其係速度同提示詞跟進。

多風格對比重點
阿真用同一組提示詞分別喺 V8 同 Banana 2 生成圖片，覆蓋人像、時尚、電影感、動漫、3D、潮玩、毛氈、特殊藝術風格同超現實場景。以下係幾個主要發現：
- 人像：V8 皮膚質感同光影表現唔錯，但人臉相似度偏高，尤其係 --chaos 低嘅時候。
- 時尚：材質同光影還原度高，特別係金屬同絲綢質感。
- 電影感：色彩氛圍到位，王家衞同庫布里克風格還原得好好。
- 特殊風格：刺繡、剪紙、像素畫等跨媒介模擬能力強，細節豐富。
- 複雜場景：Banana 2 喺精確控制數量、位置同互動上表現更好。
總結與選用建議
總括嚟講，V8 仲係 Alpha 版，有進步但未係完全體。主流風格嘅審美仍然係佢嘅強項，但喺提示詞細節跟進同複雜場景上，Banana 2 更勝一籌。
V8 建議先用標準模式探索，再用 --hd 或 --q 4 精修。

Midjourney V8 Alpha 更新咗。哎嘿拖咗一排先寫，更新時間應該係上上個禮拜。
我好似嗰啲俾人殺豬盤嘅用戶，成日覺得佢會搞一波大嘅，覺得下一個版本一定會更好，會員都係續咗又續，等到而家。

注意，目前仲係 Alpha 版本，後續可能仲會有變化同進步。而家都係喺呢個 Alpha 網站可以體驗，其他平台仲未有。
簡單介紹嚇佢今次大版本升級嘅內容。
1. 生成速度快咗好多，真係快。 官方話比以往版本快 4~5 倍，實測體感都係咁快。速度快咗意味住可以高頻試錯、快速打樣、密集迭代。建議可以先用標準模式大量探索方向，揾到滿意嘅先用 --hd 或 --q 4 精修。
2. 提示詞跟得更好咗。 Midjourney 過去最大嘅缺點係靚但唔聽話，你寫咗一堆細節描述，佢自己顧自己出一張氛圍大片，細節全部冇曬。V8 喺 prompt 理解上有明顯進步，對小細節嘅保留更好，仲可以開 --raw 模式進一步提高精確度。
3. 原生 2K 輸出。 新增 --hd 參數可以直接出 2K 分辨率嘅圖，簡單講即係原來嘅 1M 變成而家嘅 5M，另外仲有 --q 4 模式可以獲得更高嘅一致性同連貫性。
4. 文字終於見得人。 V8 專門針對文字生成做過調優，官方甚至喺 2 月搞咗一輪專門嘅 Rating Party。短文本、招牌、標題、畫面入面嘅英文字，成功率比 V7 高好多。
5. 之前版本嘅資產同參數可以繼承。 好消息係 V7 嘅 personalization profiles、moodboards、srefs 都可以直接喺 V8 上用。Midjourney 終於諗通咗，唔使每個風格代碼都侷限喺一代版本入面。
6. 網頁端體驗升級。 新增對話式連續生成（conversation mode）、Grid Mode 批量揀圖、設置項搬到側邊欄減少遮擋。Midjourney 一直將重心由 Discord 命令行，徹底移向 Web 端創作界面。而家我都係用 Web 端更習慣。
不過，而家仲未有任何 Relax 模式，所以全部直接消耗 Fast 模式。高質量模式仲貴咗。 --hd、--q 4、sref、Moodboard 任務，目前都比普通任務慢 4 倍、貴 4 倍。而且目前只可以喺 Alpha 站用。 V8 而家仲未入主站同 Discord，生成嘅內容都唔會出現喺主網站上。因為仲係測試性質，隨時可能變。
不過批評嘅聲音都唔少，主要係關於好似人臉開始趨同呢類問題，例如下面，喺 --chaos 係15嘅情況下，4 張圖人臉相似度比以前版本更高咗，有幾高呢？請睇下圖👇
以我測試完嘅感覺嚟講，Midjourney V8 仲有啲未準備好。
好多細化嘅、非主流風格生成嘅圖片，都有一種唔完整嘅感覺。會覺得圖片嘅渲染都未完全到位，細節處理得好一般。就算 2K 畫質細節上都係唔得。就幾個主流風格嚟講，目前嘅表現仲可以，審美依然有一定嘅優勢。
好啦唔講咁多，嚟睇嚇圖片效果。睇熱鬧唔嫌事大，下面嘅對比圖，上圖係 Midjourney V8，下圖係 Nano Banana 2，都係 2K 質量。Nano 嘅中文效果唔使講一定係吊打，下面主要都係對比圖像細節。
目前 Midjourney V8 可能仲未算完全體，加上有好大美學加成嘅 --sref 值呢度都冇點用，所以喺呢方面可能都有啲劣勢。
呢度做比較基礎嘅測試，以後大家想喺某啲場景揀模型嘅時候，可以作為參考。

Midjourney V8 Alpha 更新了。哎嘿拖了有段時間才寫，更新時間應該是上上週了。
我好像那個被殺🐷盤的用戶，總覺得它會給我搞一波大的，總覺得下一個版本肯定會更好，會員也是續了又續，等到了現在。

注意，目前還是 Alpha 版本，後續可能還是會有變化和進步的。現在也是在這個 Alpha 的網站可以體驗，其他的都還沒有。
簡單介紹一下它這次大版本升級的內容。
1. 生成速度更快了，真的快。 官方說法是比以往版本快 4~5 倍，實測體感也確實如此。速度變快意味着可以高頻試錯、快速打樣、密集迭代。建議可以先用標準模式大量探索方向，找到滿意的再用 --hd 或 --q 4 精修。
2. 提示詞遵循更好了。 Midjourney 過去最大的槽點就是美但不聽話，你寫了一堆細節描述，它自顧自給你一張氛圍大片，細節全沒有。V8 在 prompt 理解上有明顯進步，對小細節的保留更好，還可以開 --raw 模式進一步提高精確度。
3. 原生 2K 輸出。 新增 --hd 參數可以直接出 2K 分辨率的圖，簡單說就是原來的 1M 變成現在的 5M，另外還有 --q 4 模式能獲得更高的一致性和連貫性。
4. 文字終於能看了。 V8 專門針對文字生成做過調優，官方甚至在 2 月搞了一輪專門的 Rating Party。短文本、招牌、標題、畫面中的英文字，成功率比 V7 高不少。
5. 之前版本的資產和參數可以繼承。 好消息是 V7 的 personalization profiles、moodboards、srefs 都能直接用在 V8 上。Midjourney 終於想開了，不用每個風格代碼都侷限在一代版本里。
6. 網頁端體驗升級。 新增對話式連續生成（conversation mode）、Grid Mode 批量篩圖、設置項移到側邊欄減少遮擋。Midjourney 一直在把重心從 Discord 命令行，徹底往 Web 端創作界面推。現在我也是用 Web 端更習慣了。
不過，現在還沒有 Relax 模式，所以都是直接消耗 Fast 模式的。高質量模式也更貴了。 --hd、--q 4、sref、Moodboard 任務，目前都比普通任務慢 4 倍、貴 4 倍。且目前只能在 Alpha 站用。 V8 目前還沒進主站和 Discord，生成的內容也不會出現在主網站上。因為還是測試性質，隨時可能變。
不過吐槽的聲音也不少，主要是關於像是人臉開始趨同等的問題，比如下方，在 --chaos 為15的情況下，4 張圖人臉相似度比之前的版本更高了，有多高呢，請看下圖👇
就我測試後的感覺是，Midjourney V8 還有一些沒準備好。
很多細化的、非主流風格生成的圖片，都有一種不完整的感覺。會覺得圖片的渲染都沒有完全到位，細節處理得很一般。哪怕2K畫質細節上還是不行。就幾個主流風格來說，目前的表現還可以，審美依然具有一定的優勢。
好了話不多說，來看看圖片效果。看熱鬧不嫌事大，下方的對比圖，上圖是Midjourney V8，下圖是Nano Banana 2，都是 2K 質量。Nano的中文效果的不用說了指定吊打，下面主要還是對比圖像細節。
目前 Midjourney V8 可能還不算完全體，加上有很大的美學加成的 --sref 值這裏也沒有多用，所以在這方面可能也有一些劣勢。
這裏做比較基礎的測試，以後大家再一些場景想要去選擇模型的話，可以作為參考。
文中的插圖都是AI圖片，注意流量朋友們，今天是超大杯（40組80張圖）。
